Founding Pilot Order Form
A scoped commercial schedule for an initial CatOps implementation and pilot.

Fees

- Travel, third-party services, taxes, and work outside scope: only when approved in writing by Client.
Included Scope
- One facility and the enabled feature set listed below.
- Migration of one agreed inventory spreadsheet using the CatOps migration template.
- Configuration of Clients, items, lots, locations, pallets, receiving, production-order, Shipping/Receiving, proof, and billing-review workflows selected for the pilot.
- Administrator and operator training plus one weekly implementation meeting.
- Data export and a written end-of-pilot review.

Out of Scope
- Custom integrations, accounting synchronization, ecommerce, or custom mobile applications.
- Automatic TTB or other regulatory filing, legal or compliance advice, and guaranteed compliance outcomes.
- Unlimited custom reports or material workflow development not described above.
- Migration or correction of data outside the agreed source file.
Pilot Outcomes
At kickoff, the parties will record the baseline, owner, data source, and calculation method for each selected measure. Candidate measures include lot-trace time, proof completeness, inventory variance, billable activity identified for review, time to answer a Client question, user adoption, and duplicate logs retired. Measurements are evaluation criteria, not guaranteed outcomes.
Client Commitments
- Provide the agreed data in the migration template and confirm its accuracy.
- Assign one decision-maker and make operators available for training and feedback.
- Use the agreed workflow for real operations and report issues promptly.
- Do not upload restricted or unnecessary sensitive data to a demonstration environment.
Acceptance and Signatures
This Order Form is governed by the parties’ executed SaaS Subscription Agreement. If there is a conflict, the order of precedence in that agreement controls. No case study, logo use, testimonial, or public reference is authorized unless Client separately approves it in writing.
