What is CatOps?+
CatOps is an operations platform for beverage brand owners, producers, co-packers, and warehouses. It connects inventory, production, receiving, shipping, lot traceability, client records, planning, documents, finance support, and compliance-support workflows.
Who is CatOps built for?+
CatOps is designed for brand owners, wineries, breweries, distilleries, cideries, RTD producers, co-packers, shared production facilities, and beverage warehouses whose work has outgrown paper logs or disconnected spreadsheets.
Do I need special hardware?+
No. CatOps runs in a modern web browser on computers, tablets, and phones. Supported QR workflows can use a device camera.
Can CatOps track lots across production and shipping?+
Yes. CatOps connects supported inventory lots to receipts, movements, production records, finished goods, and shipments so authorized users can review the operational history in one place.
Does CatOps support receiving and shipping?+
Yes. Teams can record receipts, review incoming inventory, prepare shipments, retain supporting documents, and track approvals through the enabled workflows.
Does CatOps file regulatory reports automatically?+
No. CatOps helps organize recorded data, calculations, due dates, working reports, and review packets. An authorized user remains responsible for validating and submitting regulatory filings.
Can clients see their own information?+
CatOps includes a focused client workspace. Access is controlled by company, role, and configured permissions so clients see only the records available to their account.
Can I import existing spreadsheets?+
Yes. Supported imports include opening inventory and selected master data. Imports include mapping and review steps before inventory balances are committed.
How do pricing and onboarding work?+
Published plans describe the available operating scope. Final pricing, onboarding work, support, and commercial terms are confirmed in signed documents after CatOps reviews the operation.
