A spirit batch is not one isolated form. CatOps connects the source materials, production run, resulting spirit, storage or processing activity, bottling output, and shipment history.

Select the mash, wash, wine, or other source lots; record the planned volume and operation; and reserve the inventory needed for the run.

02 · Distill

Record the run and cuts

Capture the still, dates, source quantities, heads, hearts, tails, proof, wine gallons, and the spirit lots created from the run.

Move spirit into accountable storage

Assign tanks or barrels, document fills and transfers, and retain the gauge, proof, volume, and location history for each spirit lot.

Blend, reduce, or prepare for packaging

Record dumps, mingling, proof changes, additions, and resulting lots so the before-and-after quantities and proof gallons remain explainable.
