Terms & Conditions
General terms for using CatOps Beverage Operations Suite.
Use of the Service
CatOps is provided for business operations related to beverage inventory, production, lot tracking, documentation, and reporting support. You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for authorized business purposes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for users invited to your account, permissions granted to those users, credential security, and the accuracy of information entered into CatOps.
Operational and Compliance Data
Reports, calculations, exports, reminders, and workflow records depend on user-entered data. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for production, shipping, billing, tax, compliance, or regulatory decisions.
Plans, Pricing, and Promotions
Plan availability, pricing, onboarding, custom work, referral rewards, discounts, integrations, and support terms may vary by customer and may require separate written agreement. Promotional credits have no cash value unless CatOps states otherwise in writing.
Data Access and Security
CatOps uses account separation, permissions, and reasonable security controls to protect customer data. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper user access, removing inactive users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Availability and Changes
CatOps may update, improve, suspend, or modify features as needed for maintenance, security, product development, or business reasons. We work to avoid disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
No Professional Advice
CatOps does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals for requirements specific to your business.
Limitation of Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, copy protected product functionality, or use CatOps in a way that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
These website terms summarize general expectations and do not replace any signed subscription agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement, or customer-specific contract.
